Hanover House

This is condo home renovation in midtown Atlanta. The client wanted a warm and contemporary home that took advantage of the large amounts of natural light entering through the floor to ceiling windows. A new floating TV column with bio-ethanol fireplace below was added between the dining and living rooms. This served to re-orient the living room to face into the large space, thus making the room more functional and feel larger. The kitchen is 100% custom, using local made cabinetry, Neolith counter tops, and Bosch appliances. Floating shelves wrap around the wall separating the kitchen from the living/dining areas and a small wet-bar and wine fridge was added to the dining area. A walk-in pantry with microwave, washer/dryer and shelving sit at the end of the kitchen.
